Salary figures you enter

Calculations run in your browser. The salary, deductions and other values you type into a calculator are not sent to our servers, and we do not store them. They disappear when you leave or reload the page.

Accounts and cookies

There are no user accounts. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Your light or dark theme preference is saved in your browser's local storage so the site looks the same on your next visit.

Server logs

Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical request data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it against abuse. Our API endpoints apply rate limits based on IP address; these counters are held in memory for a short time and are not written to a database.

Links to other sites

We link to government sources. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

Changes

If we start collecting data in a new way — for example by adding analytics — we will update this page before doing so.
